October has arrived in The Shoals—cooler mornings, football weekends, changing leaves, pumpkins on the porch, and Halloween right around the corner. It is one of my favorite times of year, but it is also a good reminder that while a little scare can be fun in October, surprises involving your insurance probably shouldn't be.
